We will meet for two group meditations at a South Denver location at 10 a.m. The meditation will be preceded by a short reading and a chant leading us into meditation. After meditating for about 50 minutes we will take a brief break in silence and then meditate again.

If you have not yet experienced a group meditation, I would highly encourage you to do so–the powerful vibrations of a group of meditators is tangible and brings a powerful sense of peace and expansion of consciousness. It is also possible to attend less than the entire meditation is that is required.

Please bring what you need to be comfortable meditating–a pillow, bench, blanket. If you can only attend a portion of the meditation that is fine. Please RSVP to me if you plan to attend (bill@anandadenver.org)
