Loading Events

We will have an in-person long meditation beginning at 10:00 a.m. MDT.  There will be  two sessions of roughly one hour each with a brief break in silence between the sessions. It is fine to attend either or both sessions. We will begin with a devotional chant and then meditate as a group.

Chairs will be available, but feel free to bring a blanket, meditation bench or anything you need to be comfortable.
